As I’m waiting for the mobile order that I placed 25 minutes ago, there are 8 other people in the store also waiting. Long line at the drive thru and people standing at the counter that can’t even place an order because nobody is acknowledging them.

I went and got 8 double cheeseburgers and a 20 piece all of it over cooked and COLD not worth even complaining why would I want to come back this is how it is basically everytime i come here

However, now there is no taste to them. The sausage tastes like plain sausage, no added spices to make it taste like sausage, The egg is the same way. Just an egg with nothing added. I have now quit eating here for that reason.

Get to window the girl ask me what did I have, no you should have my order on screen, read it back. She left. She goes and go get African female with a something wrap around her head. With attitude and rolling her eyes. Ask what do you need. Really, it seems this female always give me problems. No way you get my money. Will report you. Need to close down or hire more professional staff. Want be coming back.
