- SLSarah LTSep 13, 20252.0I’ve ordered online for pick up only, coupons never work through the app. The couple times I’ve ordered and gone in to pick up there is always a line and the staff never acknowledge me or say hello or have a nice day. There’s always crumbs on tables. This week my sandwich was so sloppy and messy I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. I ended up gutting it and eating it with a fork and throwing most of the bread away because it was soggy. I don’t even understand how they expect anyone to eat this. This place could be better with some improvements, just not sure I am willing to spend more money here hoping things improve.
