    No reason this is 5 stars. Lack of staff leads to slow service when no one's even in the restaurant, orders aren't really right (even when mobile ordering). Those putting 5 stars have to be a mistake. What's the ownership even doing? This is an embarrassment for the franchise. Not even the employees fault, lack of training/staff/trying to run without a proper register. Franchisee needs to be held accountable.

    I are too spicy chickens and asked for them to be cooked from frozen. My order was out and about 3 minutes, which makes it cook them from frozen. I didn't say anything I just took them in the

    Ordered off door dash and didn’t give a large fry, sauces and straws for my drinks. It says it pretty clear on the receipt that’s stickers to the bag. Plus, the food was dry that I did get. I get McDonald’s all the time and this location sucks. Fast food isn’t that hard. Be better

    Ordered at the kiosk, food arrived 15 minutes later. Food was cold. Staff seemed overworked (unfriendly, exasperated replies). Friday at 6:00pm. Maybe 30% full in the dining area, drive thru seemed steady.
