  All I wanted was a loaf of bread for my daughter and they told me that they couldn’t sell me just a loaf of bread. Then I offered to buy a full sandwich with nothing on it and they still wouldn’t do it and they were very rude.

  Rudest staff. Something was left out of my order and I asked for it at the window. Nobody behind me. Employee said I had to pull out and pull around in order to get what was left out?! Like WTH?! . It was odd and so weird. I will not be returning to that location. Other employees just watched him being unprofessional and rude. Also very hectic I. There and only myself in the drive thru and another lady at the counter. Never got my item that I wanted. And I already filed a complaint to corporate. Crickets……

  Was a the frist time I have been to Jimmy John's, they where very helpful explaining and answering my questions. The sandwich 🥪 was great!! Just the way I ordered it. Will diffently be back!!

  Staff was friendly and conversational. Order was made promptly and accurately. Never had issues with any orders.

  No point of doing walk-in orders at this shop. No one in front of me they took 10min to make me one sandwich.
