As someone who works at a dealership 26 miles away, I specifically chose your location to place an order for my staff. I called ahead before opening hours in hopes of getting our order placed and ready for pickup soon after you opened, aiming to serve my team as close to noon as possible. When I spoke to Matt, he was not only incredibly friendly and upbeat but also patient and attentive while taking each individual order. Despite the challenge of 19 separate orders, Matt handled everything with care, and not a single item was missed. Every order was perfectly packaged and prepared, and everything was ready exactly as we hoped for. I couldn’t be more impressed with how smoothly everything went. It’s clear that Matt takes great pride in his work, and his positive attitude made the whole process even easier. Please pass on my thanks to him for such excellent service! - TMT Martindale5 days ago1.0I can not for the life of me figure out where the 5 star reviews are coming from??? We had a horrible experience. Food was cold, and missing items from our order. When we called to tell them they said there is nothing they can do because they do not have an in house delivery driver. I had to demand a refund for the appetizer not received because it was not offered by the so called manager. Guess what? Refund was never made either! DO NOT ORDER FOOD DELIVERY FROM HERE EVEN IF YOU LIVE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET! 🤮🤢
