  There's no incentive to tip here for carryout . If you tip, they don't give you anything extra and may forget some stuff, if you don't tip, they will surely not put your full order in the bag intentionally. Just don't tip and check your bag before you leave

  Buffalo Wild Wings GO did not disappoint! It was our first time ordering through the BWW app & it was super easy. The food was ready in 20 min and the order was perfect. The wings were tender and had a LOT of sauce. Condiments and plastic silverware were in the bag just as we requested & The employees were super kind and efficient. We will definitely be ordering again! They also have tables inside where you can sit!

  i been going here late night like past midnight using the free wings coupons and the staff is really chill, you just gotta be patient and kind. Shoutout to Eric and Squash lol, they always treat us right when we go even past 1am. Super cool crew

  We decided to order last minute on a boring Wednesday night. I had the pleasure of talking to Angie on the phone and she was super helpful! And then when I went to pick up the order Bri (I believe is her name) came out from the back. She was working hard but wanted to let me know she appreciates our business! Food was great, super convenient! We will definitely be ordering again!

  Ordered 2 days ahead of time to have food in time for the Super Bowl. Even with 2 days notice they managed to not plan ahead and not prepare the order ahead of time. The order said it would be ready 445 and the dasher sat there for 50 minutes. At 535 I got a text my order had been canceled, I called the store and they said they didn’t know who canceled the order but it was ready. I assume maybe the dasher did at the 60 minute wait mark. That dude deserves the tip, that was to go to him. So anyway I jump in the car and head to store to get the food myself, missing the big game. I get there and there must be at least 50 people waiting, spilling out of the storefront and to the parking lot. This was an absolutely horrible experience and management should have known better. The food was great and I gave the service a 5 star even with all the problems because it was not the employees fault. In fact, they were working their tails off. Mgmt and/or ownership should have planned better and at some point should have turned orders off. They should have known their capacity to deliver good food and great customer service; that was on time. They failed miserably, many people there told me they had been waiting an hour for the food and it didn’t look like it was going to be anytime soon. I am giving 1 star for the “to go” storefront, ownership, and management in a colossal failure on Super Bowl Sunday!!! However, 5 stars to the employees that did the best they could with the circumstances they were put in.
