  Food was fresh and fast ! Bathroom was dirty and smelly , dinning area was also dirty !

  I stopped in the drive thru waiting 5 mins a black car pulls up they take their order i go in talk to the manager all she had the nerve to say the lanes are ran by different people and keep giving me excuses I was coming g in there damn bear everyday getting the daily double special but nah im good thjz time u was only getting a diet coke ya I could of went inside but im disabled and isn't that what drivethru is there for u lost a very valuable customer i will go to a different one even if I have to use more gas

  We dined in. Food was really good. Came out hot and pretty fast. The people working in back were loud and could hear arguing. Hopefully it's not like that normally. There was a beep going off in back most of the time we were there. Not sure why. They would shut it and it would start again. I wouldn't eat in again. We couldn't go through the drive through because we were pulling a trailer.

  My 17-year-old son purchased a Quarter Pounder today from the McDonald’s on Logan Avenue in Waterloo, Iowa. When he bit into the sandwich, the meat was raw in the middle. He brought it to the manager’s attention and asked for a refund, but the manager refused and only offered to make another patty. Serving undercooked food is a serious health concern, and the situation should have been handled more appropriately. If my son becomes ill within the next 24 hours from consuming this undercooked burger, I will be contacting a lawyer to pursue legal action for any medical expenses and other damages that may result. I hope this matter is taken seriously so this does not happen to another customer.
