  Not sure who made my food because I ordered through DoorDash, but it was absolutely horrible. To start, I asked for double toasted and my sandwich was not toasted at all. The sandwich was SO skimpy, barely any toppings. The tomatoes on my sandwich were very mushy and old tasting. When I called, there was no answer. I usually order from the University Subway in CF when I go in person. I won’t be ordering from the Logan location again. Very disappointing. This is why we have little to no successful restaurants on the east side. Nobody cares about quality and good customer service, only a pay check.

  They were so unprofessional they gave my online order away to somebody else and tried to tell me it was nothing they could do about it I had to argue up and down about my food because they gave it away to somebody else 🤦🏾‍♀️

  I gave them another try and yuck I ordered the chicken bacon ranch and there was barely any meat on it and so much sauce I couldn't eat it I'm just done and it makes me angry because I love subway at So i got email saying I could get a sub if I bought one and to show cashier the code AFTER ORDERING she refused to take a code said it was for online but when I contacted support they said they apologize but the cashier was wrong this is not the only time I had problems with this store I'm so over subway I will spend my money at sub city 🌆
