This location does not offer the "Big Mac version so roommate ordered 2 of the mcnugget orders (fries and drink upgraded to large), as well as a burrito, a fish sandwich, and a big mac on the side. Then doordash called to inform us that this McDonald's does not have the socks either. We could cancel our order or replace them with extra fries. He chose extra fries cuz we're hungry and it was already past the estimated delivery time. A few minutes later, the sound of 2 giggling females came from the porch and I went out to grab up the delivered McDonald's bag as 2 ladies walked back toward their car holding a second McDonald's bag. What we received in our order: a single 10 pc mcnugget, 2 large fries, 2 shaker bags, 2 packets of dill seasoning salt, a fish sandwich, a burrito, and a double cheeseburger. No Big Mac, no drinks, no extra fries to replace the lack of socks, but hey we got a double cheeseburger nobody asked for.

They refused to just hand it to me and told me I had to go through the line and it couldn't be changed (weird policy, not their fault but still). Another time I pulled up to pick up my mobile coffee order at 7:30am and the doors were locked and said they were closed due to short staffing, yet there were 2 employees vaping outside the door and said they couldn't get my order for me so I had to go through the app to be refunded. The employee then opened the door with a key and went in, so it wasn't an issue with getting in the building. Some employees are really kind, others aren't. Some days you get right through the line, but many days you are waiting 10+ minutes before even moving forward in line. The Soifer Family has some great locations but unfortunately this is not one of them.
