Food is hot, made to order, tastes good, they have the impossible whopper, (pray they add jr), and some really good cheese sticks. They also have a cool menu now. Definitely recommend in the Waterloo area.

She kindly reassured us and offered an alternative option, which we were more than happy with. She was very courteous throughout the interaction and even included an apple pie for the wait. The customer service was excellent—truly a 10/10 experience. Thank you!
