  Worst drive through I've ever experienced. I pulled in on Sunday afternoon around 2pm. I sat behind the vehicle in front of me for about 5 mins while they waited for their food. The vehicle pulls off and my oder still hadn't been taken. A few minutes go by and somebody comes over the speaker just to tell me to wait longer. I finally get to order some food and ordered 2 chili dogs, a medium coke and a large blizzard. The person at the drive through window Hands me a soda and says nothing, just slams the window shut, wich is broken and made of plywood at this time. A fews minutes later he slams the plywood open and hands me a blizzard. I'm looking at him wondering where my food is. He says to me, anything else. I say. Yeah, I ordered 2 chili dogs. A woman comes to the window and tells me to pull foward into a parking spot and my food would be out shortly. She then walked out to the parking lot to have a smoke break with what appeared to be her friends. 20 minutes go by and a young guy comes out with two boxes and I thought it was going to be the chili dogs. He asked me if I ordered ranch with the chicken strip meal. I said no, I ordered 2 chili dogs. By this time, the blizzard that I ordered was completely melted, and there was no longer any Ice in the coke. I asked the young man to please check on my order. 5 more minutes go by as I'm watching my blizzard melt the rest of the way. Then, I see the lady walk back inside after her 25 minute smoke break. I took my blizzard and coke back in to get a refund at this point. The woman peristed to yell at the staff and say why didn't anybody tell him that we are out of chili dogs. While this whole time she knew they were out and told me to park in the parking lot and wait for food that, I was never going to receive. I spent over 35 minutes at this DQ and walked away empty handed. I ended up going to a different drive through restaurant.

  Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Sanitation Concerns at Dairy Queen I am writing to file a formal complaint about an experience I had at your Dairy Queen location. Previously, I visited the restaurant and my order was messed up. At that time, I spoke with a manager who apologized for the inconvenience and told me that I could return and receive a full combo meal to make up for the issue. When I returned to the store to redeem what I had been told, another manager on duty became argumentative and refused to honor what the previous manager had promised. Instead, I was told that the only thing I could receive was toast. Because I did not want to continue arguing, I ended up paying for my food myself. Unfortunately, the interaction remained very unprofessional. When my food was handed to me, the manager rolled her eyes and did not say anything to me. There was no courtesy or basic customer service. Earlier, when I asked for the contact information for her supervisor or boss, I was also told that I could not have it. While I was waiting for my food that I had paid for, I also observed a worker preparing a cake without wearing gloves, and the employee had her purse sitting right next to the food preparation area. This appeared very unsanitary and concerning. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing. I returned based on a promise made by a manager, and instead I experienced unprofessional behavior and observed sanitation practices that did not seem appropriate for a food service environment. I would appreciate this situation being reviewed and addressed. Please contact me regarding how this issue will be resolved.
