- TBTaya B5 days ago2.0Unfortunately, i'm not able to rate this chick fil-a high at all. Every single time I come to this location, they forget my kale, salad or the mac and cheese. I don't live close to this location. So I have to call back.They're like, oh, we're so sorry. We'll issue you a credit. Then, I come back to cash in my credit, guess what no one has a record of the credit.The service here is absolutely terrible terrible. Lots of young kids working, they're on their cellphone when you pull up to the window hence the reason why half the time half the order is forgotten, but they will charge you for it. But they're not gonna give you all your food.
