Supposed to be delivered at 7:45 pm, gave them a half hour leeway and finally called and our pizza was sitting at the restaurant in thermal bags, no delivery drivers. I asked for a refund but have a feeling I will get neither the pizza nor the refund. The person on the phone had no idea what was going on. Last time we ordered we waited 20 minutes outside the restaurant for a carry out and the pizza was ice cold.

Once the website took our order and it took over an hour for someone to notify us that delivery was not possible that day and that we’d be refunded in a few days, while we had been sitting there hungry.

Stood at the front counter for a minimum of 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. They only had plastic forks and we had to ask for plates when we sat at a booth to eat there. It was a sad experience and from now on if I want pizza I will order it online, cause going in here was not a good experience!
