Have had issues with food taking significantly longer than predicted for delivery, or delivery not being available at times when it normally is, according to their website. Once the website took our order and it took over an hour for someone to notify us that delivery was not possible that day and that we’d be refunded in a few days, while we had been sitting there hungry.

Stood at the front counter for a minimum of 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. They only had plastic forks and we had to ask for plates when we sat at a booth to eat there. It was a sad experience and from now on if I want pizza I will order it online, cause going in here was not a good experience!

I heard the manager in the background say they dont make a Hawaiian melt.. well they did this day. I was asked to bring it back so they could see it. They seen it was wrong, Usually they let you keep the mistake. They took that back and I continously hear the manager talking smack in the back room. I do have to say the young lady working the register was very polite and helpful but that manager needs to be checked!
