  This McDonald's is such a disgrace. It took 20 or more mins to get your food after selecting your order on a kiosk that barely works. The staff is no were to be seen and if they are around they are standing there doing absolutely nothing. By the time you get your order the burgers are cold, the drinks are not staying cold because the ice is melted. The new renovation of the establishment is a total and complete waste of money and quite frankly didn't need to happen.

  Where do I even begin? The renovation ruined this McDonald's!!!!!! Cold burgers, my wife's fries were green, the boxes of frys we're not even full so we got a little more than half of a full order of fries each. We waited more than 20 minutes for our food when all we ordered was two medium double quarter pounders meals, and there was a guy behind us who was waiting long before we even got there! Meanwhile people who just came in were already getting food that they literally just ordered. There is no clear waiting area so everyone is just randomly standing around everywhere waiting for their food which makes the waiting area a confusing mess, and now you don't even get to order from an actual person, you have to order from a kiosk that barely works and is incredibly confusing to anyone who's not a teenager. And there's young employees just standing around doing nothing, I heard one of the managers say the one guys name was "Austin" he was just standing around chatting away not doing his job at all. By rebuilding and doing all these things they took the best McDonald's anywhere around and turned it into a horror show. I will never go back again. I would not go back to this McDonald's even if the food was free and you had a gun to my head. This McDonald's is an absolute disgrace. McDonald's clearly no longer cares about its customers and this new building makes that very clear.

  Since this placed was just torn door and newly built I figured I’d give it another chance. Might be a new building but same business inside Got my order wrong but wouldn’t let me correct it. Had to go to pay window which wasn’t a problem. Food took forever and when I did get it half my food was missing. I had to call to get my food and then after all that it was COLD. Can’t say I didn’t try giving these guys a second chance

  I've eaten in this place and have had drive through orders too. I will give it a 5 due to everything is always good and sometimes it is great. Never have had a bad experience here with anything!
