- KBKathy BeniApr 20, 20264.04/19/26. Urbandale location. Got there a few minutes before 11, chicken was fresh and piled high. Pizza was specifically made as they were just opening the buffet. These seemed to be a smaller pizza which was fine and I assume for less waste, makes sense. They have a "busboy bot". that was a new feature to us, again, helps cut cost if folks will use it. Oh they have a fun zone here as well. Overall, like this location

My family got there a little early (about 11:15)- all the food was hot and ready except the mac and cheese seemed almost cold- so that was not wonderful. However, the pizza, chicken, and the rest of the hot sides were delicious. Salad bar was plentiful! We also had ice cream and dessert pizza. Kids loved the arcade!

The food was excellent: everything was fresh, plentiful, and consistently restocked. The soda was cold and refreshing, and the buffalo chicken stuffed crust pizza was outstanding. Compliments to the team for their great work.
