  Tried to call and let them know they had missed one of my 2 items that I ordered and their phone went straight to voicemail but I couldn’t go back because of work. Coming from somebody who used to work fast food, I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a fry, how do you forget my fry?

  It just took 20 minutes to get nuggets through the drive through. The fries are cold and have obviously been sitting in the bag the whole time we were waiting for our food. No explanation was given or apology offered. We got home and they didn't even give us all of the food we ordered. Avoid this location at all costs. Edit: I went to the website given and was offered less than what either wasn't provided or was ruined. Reporting what happened just added to the time and energy wasted in this location.

  Lady up front with short black hair, wearing an orange carhart beanie is beyond rude. We ordered our food at the kiosk and while I was standing up front was greeted with “what do you want” When I asked for a ranch she gave me ONE, then told me I have to order at the register so she can charge me. I’ve never been met with such rude customer service and I’ve never been charged at a McDonald’s for a ranch cup.

  Where to start with this place. SLOWEST restaurant by far Made me wait 10+ minutes @7 Am after telling me it would be 1.5 minutes, for a simple breakfast item. . Had to leave without food and was still late for work. Wouldn’t refund money ($5.13) either. Money well spent so I never have to visit this trash location again. I never normally wish bad things but I hope to all that’s holy this places closes. how a 'restaurant' gets a 3.2 rating and stays in business is beyond comprehension

  Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal to go, get 10 miles down the road and realize neither of them have meat….$13 for a meal (upgraded to a shake) with no meat. wasn’t worth my time and effort to turn around. Quite a few employees in the back, cursing., while I waited for my food. One worker, who I assume was the shift leader or in charge was friendly and helpful, but doesn’t really make up for the fact that the cheeseburgers were missing the burger
