Most desserts were out, silverware was slim pickings. When I went up to personally order a pizza the guy looked bothered. They were not very busy at that time. As time progressed things got a little better once their fundraiser event took place they never did put new desserts out though even after being asked the kids especially wanted the big chocolate chip cookie, we kept checking. We were there until right before 6pm. This was the Urbandale location. We really prefer the Ankeny location!
