This franchise is a complete and utter joke. Always understaffed, those that are working are overwhelmed or completely inattentive. Would avoid entirely but it’s the closest one. Owner should be embarrassed at how poorly this store is run.

I got a lg. ff and a small chocolate shake- (i mean duh!) the fries weren't full- maybe a little over half to 3/4 full but that seems to be the norm for all the mcdonalds anymore- the fries where salted perfectly though they weren't completely hot but they where warmer than warm! now my shake on the other hand was awful! it was like liquidy. not close to shake consistency at all. it wasnt edible that's for sure.. so even though my fries where decent, they where awful? I wanted to dip em in the shake..so this visit was boooo, a total let down
