  Ordered a large Diet Coke with my combo and got 80% Ice. Thanks for nothing Jimmy John. Your meals are way too expensive to be shortchanging customers like this.

  I love going to Jimmy John's. I usually get their basic sandwich, eight number five and any bread that they have left over.

  Have had multiple issues with quality control from this location. Usually ask for east hot peppers, which should be 3-4 and I will end up with 6-8 or more on my sandwich. Tonight I ordered a slim 5 and received a slim 1 with the rest of my order correct. Called and asked for a replacement sandwich, employee said it could be a while since they had other deliveries, which was understandable. 40 minutes later, an unmarked car showed up, tossed the sandwich in the door, and someone ran back outside and sped off. Sandwich was correct this time, but the attitude of the nighttime delivery drivers needs to be adjusted.
