    Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes and still left without food because it was going to be another 5 minutes and I was going to be late to work. No lunch for me today.

    Do not order online here. It will genuinely take them 20+ minutes. I’ve had this happen once before but thought maybe they were just slammed, but today after waiting 25 minutes total after my order was place and ‘received at the store’, I proceeded to watch people get their sandwiches before me who came in and ordered at the counter well after I had placed my order! Then, when I went to double check to make sure they didn’t forget to call me for my sandwich or something, one of the employees argued they were going in order (they were not lol). I don’t mind waiting a bit longer, but 25 minutes for a sandwhich is insane. I only get so long on my lunch break so it’s super disappointing to spend the majority of it waiting. Lesson learned.

    Ordered delivery. Gave them very specific directions to my location. Left my order on a electrical box somewhere. When I called the driver named Sadie. She informed me that she is 20 minutes behind and my order is no longer her problem.

    I am DONE with this location. I have been sitting here for over a half an hour waiting for my online order, there are 7 people behind the counter mostly looking confused and befuddled and putting out an order about 1 per 5 minutes. For a company whose slogan is freaky fast, this store is a joke.

    I’m very disappointed because I I am being totally ignored from this location. I ordered sandwiches on Sunday, September 7 and had the wrong order delivered. I called this location and spoke with someone who said they would give me a $10 credit for one of the sandwiches that was incorrect so I said fine that would be great but I was told to call the next day and speak with the manager, Katie. I called Monday morning and spoke with Katie and she assured me she would give me this $10 credit on my account. I have yet to see it after numerous attempts to see where it’s at. This is not the first time I have had The wrong order or bad food from them so I will never order from this location again totally disappointed in the service would not recommend.
