Had a minor inconvenience and the manager Daniel resolved. Definitely recommend trying this place if you like delicious food & phenomenal customer service.

Honestly I'm not sure if I was actually eating real meat. I didn't have to chew it. The roast beef just dissolved in my mouth - and not in a good way. There wasn't any beef flavor either. It was not a good experience and I will not be going back. BTW - the fries and soda were fine. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was nice/clean. I went to Arby's for the roast beef but that was bust.
