    Blizzards handed to you upside-down! The food is hot and ready. Seating and tables are clean. I came in 30 minutes prior to closing and got my food strait away. Good work culture. People care about what they do. Might be an Iowa thing.

    Pretty sad that this is what you consistently get from tipton dairy queen and then they hastle you when you ask for the free coupon that started the whole companies gimmick. Of course they cant flip the blizzard when theyre trying to serve you ice cream soup. Do better already you've been like this for years.

    Service is very slow in the dining room as well as the drive thru. You sit at the drive thru speaker for a long time before being acknowledged and it the same way in the dining area most the time. There's been many times I've had to announce my presence to get someones attention. Food is ok depending what time you go.
