I asked the guy there why it wasn’t table service and he said they don’t have a table 121. I said yep, and my kids are sitting at it. They also didn’t have my drinks ready and I had to ask for them. He handed me cups and I had to fill them. The drink station was covered in soda and splattered ketchup. Not a great experience.

I regularly wait 20+ minutes in the drive-thru — sometimes even longer — even when there are only a few cars ahead. I often see drivers giving up and reversing out of the line because they get tired of waiting for someone to even take their order. If you’re looking for fast food, this location isn’t it. If there were other options in town, I’d go there instead. I actually wrote this review while sitting at the speaker, waiting for my order to be taken.

The staff were nice and friendly. I got 2 McGriddles (The sausage, egg, & cheese) & a small Coca-Cola. Both McGriddles were really good. The total (first was 7.68) and (second was 6.20) after tax. Also please see the attached photo of the ACTUAL food inspection report in the building for those of you who do not. MAJOR red flags, not proper hand washing and not clean food-contact surfaces. Witnessed several employees using hands to place nuggets and meat on the food. Disgusting when you seething report saying they are out of compliance on proper hand washing.

Ordered inside at the kiosk at 1:51PM....didn't get our food until 2:17PM. When we finally received our order, they didn't include our drinks so had to ask for them. Our order wasn't even correct but after almost a 30 minute wait we just wanted to get back on the road. By the time we left the front entry area was full of people waiting for their food or just waiting to order. There was no sense of urgency on any employee's action as some of them went to break while we were all waiting for our food.
