  Evan, who works there, is absolutely awesome. Jimmy John’s has great employees, and they have a great leader among them! It’s probably the cleanest fast-food restaurant in town. I love that they consistently follow food safety practices and take my allergy seriously. I know it’s never 100%, but they really do make sure to follow safety protocols.

  The Storm Lake restaurant is always so clean. The employees are extremely fun and personable. The manager Evan is so fun!

  We placed an in-person order for 7 sandwiches yesterday November 12th ~1:30 p.m. we were very specific with 2 Italian subs with oil and vinegar. These two subs were found to contain meat that had large ares of fat…no oil and vinegar but had mayonnaise instead. Not only was it “gross”, but caused some stomach distress…before investing the contents. Another specialty sandwich was consumed by another family member who threw up and had diarrhea and severe cramping that evening and overnight. Poor quality ingredients, preparer did not follow the stores ingredients (as listed) and two customers sickened. A family member may bring two sandwiches which thankfully not eaten back to the store. Storm Lake, Iowa.
