Love ordering from jj good sandwiches all around delivery is a bit slow getting out took around 35-40 minutes too receive but it came fresh and good so i cant be mad lol

I ordered online and they didn’t leave the store to deliver for 30 minutes after another 35 minutes without the delivery I called the check on the driver (it’s very cold and snowy roads) said I could call back if still no delivery and they would send me a free sandwich coupon. I just wanted my food. Finally got delivered. My sandwich was wrong and cold..I ordered a toasted sub. My son’s was right, which is why I scored it a little higher. I hate complaining but I order from here like 2/3 times a month at least and this was the worst delivery.

Went through the drive through and asked for two slim #4s which is their turkey subs but with only turkey. Their drive through speaker doesn't seem to be working the best as half of what the worker said seemed to be cut off. They never repeated my order back just spouted off the total amount after a few minutes of awkward silence. The amout seemed weirdly high for such simple subs, which was my first warning sign, but I chalked that up to Jimmy John's having become more expensive since I last went there. Pulled up to the next window and was met with warning sign number two when they took far too long to put together what, again, was supposed to be two very simple subs with no other cars in line behind or before me. One worker came over to the window and again just told me the amount and not the order, but it matched what they had said before so I paid.
My biggest mistake was not pulling into the parking lot and double checking my order before heading home. They had made me two full subs with all the toppings. If you go here avoid the drive through and head inside or at the very least double check your order before leaving.
