Every time I order at this Arby's, I only get part of my order. I've had to go back 75% of the time. Most of the time it is the au jus for the French dip, or the fries, but twice it's actually been a sandwich. The worst part is they always make me pull up in front and then they come out to give me my food but don't wait till I have a chance to check it. So that I have to get out of the car and go back in and get the rest of my. Just a bummer...

I generally love Arby's. But when you arrive and you're the only customer in the place but the dining area is dirty (tables not wiped off, doors dirty, floor dirty), services is slow and they forget part of your order....if just makes for a poor experience.

Horrible customer service. Speaking to a young man I Asked for a turkey gyro with no onions, tomato and sauce. Then had to repeat my order once again cause it appeared he was in training getting help from someone. Asked for extra turkey and they said they don’t do extra turkey. Funny how I’ve been to Arby’s all around the country and this is the only one that can’t extra turkey on a gyro. I said that was fine and then the rudest lady came on and took over asking what I did I want on my gyro cause it only comes with lettuce, tomato and onions. After that I just drove off because it’s clear they are not paying attention or simply couldn’t comprehend what I was ordering.

Terrible service on the website, it gave the option to go to the drive-thru and a woman who was serving food at the drive-thru called another woman, who was very rude and said that the sale was only for car orders, which the website gave that option and it's not the first time she's been rude to me, maybe she's racist because I look black, I'll never come back and I'll post on all my social networks
