    I ordered on the app and it wasn't ready when I arrived. I was asked to pull around. After 20 mins I went in and it was just sitting there. They said they forgot to bring it out. I asked them to remake it and the manager said no it was warm enough.

    Every time I order at this Arby's, I only get part of my order. I've had to go back 75% of the time. Most of the time it is the au jus for the French dip, or the fries, but twice it's actually been a sandwich. The worst part is they always make me pull up in front and then they come out to give me my food but don't wait till I have a chance to check it. So that I have to get out of the car and go back in and get the rest of my. Just a bummer...
