Took an hr to get lunch! This has happened multiple times on many different occasions! When I questioned why it took an hr to get lunch the driver just said it’s lunch time and left! Very unprofessional! Frustrating when you work at a school and only have a small amount of time to eat and miss lunch!

Henery was rude and very passive and could not even inform me of the free add-ons available. He denied my rewards on my Jimmy John’s account and claimed they were only usable for online orders? Due to this I will not be returning.
