- MGmelsar granados2 days ago1.0My super friend and I went to Taco Bell super late night because it was my birthday and we wouldn’t have a good time and have some great Taco Bell however we got to the window and we ordered two number ones and we asked about the street tacos the new ranch chicken Chalupa long story short they got annoyed at us at the window because we were asking questions about the Tacos so they told us to pull forward actually a woman came on the speaker over the guy that was taking an order and told us to pull forward so we did when we got to the window they already had made two number ones plus the Tacos that we asked about not that we ordered and they got upset because they already had made them and they told us they couldn’t do that so basically they made us buy them, which made me annoyed, but I bought them anyways I think that’s super unfair because we didn’t order them. They just basically made us buy them, but I didn’t want to be rude and not buy them but Rosa I hope you’re reading this because I know that you like your numbers to be high and by us sitting at the window asking questions make your number is low and I’m sure that’s what you teach all your employees. I’m very disappointed at your service. And I did tell the guys at the windows go ahead and give me the food I ordered and whatever you already made, but I still will report this.

They couldn't look it up like that. Showed them my order confirmation on my phone. Still couldn't help. Then they told me I had to talk to the people on the app.
