Horrible service... 45 min in a drive thru only one other car in the drive thru and they didnt even get one of the 4 orders and tried to give us food with out our drinks open the window slammed it shut with out saying a word. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVEN HAD AT ANY PLACE IN TOWN!

Terrible services. Today I went to get some All-American hot dog combos and one chili cheese without a combo. When I went to pick up my food, they didn’t give me a receipt for my order. They charged me $61, and when I checked my food, they had given me hamburgers instead of hot dogs. I went back and told them that I had ordered hot dogs, not hamburgers, and they told me they couldn’t give me what I originally ordered and that I would have to buy it again 😠. I argued with them, asking how that was possible if I had ordered hot dogs, and they ended up closing the drive-thru window on me.

Sonic do better. Sat at the drive thru board for over 15 minutes with no answer just to pull up to the window and get ignored for another 5 minutes. Then had to knock on the window to have the cook come to the window and say he could not help us get drinks because he didn't know how. They could have just told us that they were having technical difficulties from the start and been done with it.

If I could give a 0 I would. Did an online order. Showed up when it told me amd sat there for over 30 min for my food. My box was smashed with sauce and cheese all on the outside. I asked for no cheese got 2 slices. Add ketchup and mustard and mayo, didnt get any. Ordered mott sticks with marinara.......the app dosent charge you since I figured i ordered sticks. NO. the restaurant individually charges for them and you have to ask for them. The point of an online order is for you have have the order there. I am disgusted and I recommend checking your food before you leave.
