Then had to knock on the window to have the cook come to the window and say he could not help us get drinks because he didn't know how. They could have just told us that they were having technical difficulties from the start and been done with it.

My box was smashed with sauce and cheese all on the outside. I asked for no cheese got 2 slices. Add ketchup and mustard and mayo, didnt get any. Ordered mott sticks with marinara.......the app dosent charge you since I figured i ordered sticks. NO. the restaurant individually charges for them and you have to ask for them. The point of an online order is for you have have the order there. I am disgusted and I recommend checking your food before you leave.
