I was there at lunch time during the week. Food was delicious - filet, asparagus, and sweet potatoes. Jeff, the server, was fantastic. Kind. Attentive. Refilled soda without asking.

Loved the place never been to outback before. Very spacious, lovely people, lovely decor. I ordered steak while I was there and it was great. Seasoning was good not over powering. The drinks were great to. The blackberry martini was a hit at our table as well.. it is pricey most steaks are well over $20. So just a fyi if your looking for a cheaper place

Food was very good. Had the Valentine special, Bloomin onion, 2 salads, we both had the sirloin steak(very good) baked potato, and a huge slice of cheesecake to share. Food came out fast and hot, despite the fact that the place was already packed at 430. Or server Heather was attentive, friendly, kept out drinks full. Great experience

I waited for customer service to contact me back for almost a week. No response. I’ve been to this Outback four times. The first three visits were great, good food and good service, which is why this last experience was so disappointing. Our server was overwhelming from the start: cutting me off while I was trying to order drinks to the point that I did NOT order a drink, hovering nearby watching our table, and repeatedly jumping into our conversation (answering questions I was asking my family). It felt like we couldn’t relax. When we ordered the new promotional meal, she got noticeably impatient and kept repeating “I need the entree first” over and over like we were children while tapping her pen, which came off rude and condescending instead of helpful. The food was also a miss. We could hear loud yelling / fighting from the kitchen, one steak came out overcooked, and my prime rib au jus was basically flavorless watery liquid. I asked for a replacement and was brought something that still wasn’t au jus, and only AFTER I tasted it did she admit, “We don’t have au jus, it’s French onion soup.” Au jus is a staple with prime rib, and that should’ve been communicated before serving it. To top it off, while I was paying on the tabletop device (after entering my rewards/coupon), she grabbed the screen and argued the total until I explained I applied a discount. I still tipped, but this was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I hope management addresses both service and kitchen quality, because this location used to be solid.
