  Me and my finance were craving a smoothie after walking around the mall. There were 2 workers, younger ladies. The service was awful. The one girl was dressed completely inappropriate. Tiny black crop top and leggings. She was so rude. Screaming and cussing. She was screaming at the top of her lungs to yell out order pickups and was cursing at those who didn’t grab their drinks right as she was setting them on the counter. It made us not even want them anymore! She seemed so unorganized and absolutely unprofessional. The other girl seemed so bothered by having to do the job and kept walking away from the front. We will likely never be back.

  When we visited the mall recently, my kids wanted smoothies and Juliuses, so we stopped by this location. On our way up to the counter, the two young women working there were yelling at each other. We stood at the counter while they both avoided eye contact with us, obviously trying to figure out if the other was going to help us or not. We ordered our drinks and the smoothies were absolutely disgusting. Our Juliuses were grainy and flavorless, like they either forgot ingredients or watered them down. Both employees were very rude and didn't even bother to wipe off the mess from the cups before tossing them up on the counter. My sons and I love Orange Julius, but we won't be purchasing anything from this location again.

  Even though #OrangeJulius has yummy drinks, I am not sure I will ever be buying from them again if they are going to hire racist employees. Today I went there 25 minutes before they closed and was told I could only order a soft drink. I asked why they couldn't make an Orange Julius and was told that all the equipment had been cleaned already even though they weren't closing for another 25 minutes. Since this is a food court, I was still in the area deciding what other place I could get a drink from, when the only worker there at the time, turned another family away as she did with me and then I watched her make two Orange Julius's for two girls after that. I then asked her why she told me she couldn't make a Julius for me or that other family and she had no response. I asked for her name which she said was Natalie. Orange Julius needs to fix this! UPDATE: Orange Julius reached out very quickly and upon investigation have given me reassurance of this girl being reprimanded and also rectified the fact that I did not get the drinks I should have been able to purchase on that occasion. Therefore I have added a couple stars and will be visiting again in hopes of a better experience.
