If you go to the drive-thru you instantly get sent to the reserved spots to wait for them to get your meals even when there is not alot of people in line. Once they bring the meals the food is already cold, and not fresh as if they weren't sold for 2 weeks straight. Please improve this matter immediately because I am one of those customers that always get sent to the revered spots when no one is waiting behind me, even when it's not busy. Thank You.
