When he informed them it was wrong and asked for the correct food, he was told I had to reorder my food via the app again even though the money had already been deducted from my account. When I called the store to get a refund or get my correct food the supposed manager was very rude and unprofessional. She barely spoke English and would not give me her name so I could log a complaint then hungup on me. I am going to try to escalate this matter to a corporate level, hopefully with better results than what the store itself was willing to give. Terrible experience all the way around

It also had bubbles which is not normal because i always get teas. It also had a weird smell to it too. It’s almost like its fermenting? Either way I wouldn’t not recommend this location, drive the extra 5 min to the other one. If they don’t clean the teas what makes you think they are clean in any other areas?
