    First half of my hot honey mc crispy was good the latter half was under cooked and terrible, the coffee tasted burnt as well

    I placed an order at 10:20am after waiting 20 minutes in line I get to the speaker give them my code to be told breakfast is over. So I get to the window to talk to the manager Kimberly that was extremely rude and told me there is nothing she can do. Told me to cancel the order. I canceled the order and it says its to late to cancel the order as they accepted it. So I go back now im at 30 minutes of my time wasted and NO FOOD.... I go inside to hear Kimberly in the back screaming at another employee there is nothing she can do. Katie the area supervisor was sitting in the lobby. Came up and told me the same thing. So Im out my money and no food. Mean while the area supervisor is sitting in the lobby while her restaurant has 20 minute wait times in the drive thru!! Way to make it happen Katie!! Thank you so much for stealing my money... now to wait even longer for a refund......

    Very bad service, I waited for 20 minutes and my order was never ready, the manager only spent it walking all over the building and did not attend me, they should check their employees, they should hire people who really want to work not like that type of people, I will just leave the description of the manager who attended me, she is short, brown hair and brown skin, please keep that in mind...
