Fix your hours. Says open until 10 when clearly not

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered over an hour ago and after waiting forever I called 45 minutes in to see what was going on. I was told they see my order and that it had just finished being made and would be going out for delivery. Then about 10 minutes later I finally get a notification saying it’s “out for delivery”… except it’s now been over an hour since then and still nothing.
When we called again, they said the driver has 8+ deliveries, which is why it’s taking so long. If one driver can’t handle that many orders, why are you stacking them like that? That’s not the customer’s fault. I have work at 1:00 and I’ve now been waiting almost 2 hours for food. On top of all that, we ordered two drinks and they only gave us one straw. No updates, no accountability, just excuses. This is easily one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had.

Usually, my experience of the shop is really good. I ordered the same thing I always get which is the Giant Billy club with no mustard and no tomatoes. Thankfully, I’ve double checked my sandwich because there were tomatoes on it. Glad I checked as I’m allergic to them. It just sucks I didn’t get to eat the sandwich I paid for as I already was very far away from Jimmy John’s when I checked.
