It also seems like the staff is overwhelmed and possibly underpaid, considering how busy this place gets. Management should do better—for both their employees and their customers.

We decided to give it a shot anyway and had a wonderful experience! The young man at the counter was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh and hot. Later, he came and checked to see if we wanted more breadsticks or bags for our leftovers. We would not hesitate to return!
