    Yelled for five minutes to get someone’s attention. Only two layers of hot fudge. Literally five. Wait. This is chocolate syrup. No hot fudge! Here’s a pic of the next customers—he’s a no-show again.

    Le personnel n’est pas professionnel du tout. Pas de bonjour, on m’a fait répéter toute ma commande 2 fois puisqu’ils ne connaissaient pas le menu. Les employés sont perdus, nous pouvons les entendre se plaindre en cuisine qu’il y a trop de personne commandant à manger et ne savent pas s’organiser avec ce qui a déjà été préparer ou non. Ils n’ont pas d’uniforme de travail et ne protège pas leur cheveux de la nourriture. J’ai eu ma commande après 20 min d’attente et il manquait un élément. D’autres commandes de d’autre personne ont aussi été préparer avec erreur. Autrement, la nourriture était bonne.

    Waited 25 minutes for 2 chicken strip baskets at 12:45 on a Saturday. No communication from staff. They refused to take orders at 1:00 even after the 3rd worker returned from..a break? Painfully slow. No apology. When we finally got our chicken strip baskets, that we were going to eat in the car, they said they were out of baskets and just put everything on top of each other in the bag
