  FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF!!!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Chipotle Mexican Grill location has earned it—and not in a good way. Walking in here feels less like being a customer and more like you’re interrupting the staff’s day. It doesn’t matter if the place is busy or completely empty—the energy is the same every time: cold, unwelcoming, and flat-out rude. I’ve watched employees make eye contact with me, then go right back to cleaning or stocking like I wasn’t even there. No “hey,” no “we’ll be right with you,” just silence. Even worse, when they do decide to help, it feels like you’re inconveniencing them for asking them to do their job. There’s zero hospitality, zero friendliness, and absolutely no sense of urgency. It’s honestly impressive how consistently bad the service is—and based on other reviews saying the exact same thing, it’s clearly not just me. And let’s talk about the price—this isn’t cheap fast food anymore. If you’re going to charge what you charge, at least pretend to care about the customer experience. At this point, it’s not one bad employee—it’s the entire culture at this location. The whole staff needs to be fired.

  WORST CUSTOMER STAFF AWARD GOES TO THIS PLACE — THE STAFF HERE IS VERY VERY RUDE!!! THEY ARE THE WORST PEOPLE I EVER ENCOUNTER IN A FAST FOOD PLACE. THEY HAVE NO HOSPITALITY AT ALL AND THEY ACT LIKE YOU’RE A BOTHER TO THEM!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN THE SIOUXLAND AREA. THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE TRAIN IN HOW TO GREET CUSTOMERS BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY OUR CLUELESS.

  I’ve had consistently poor experiences at this location. I usually go during slower hours when there are little to no customers, and even then, service is lacking. Employees will see me walk in but continue cleaning or stocking instead of acknowledging or assisting me. There have been multiple visits where they’ve looked directly at me and still chose to finish what they were doing before helping. It comes across as rude and unprofessional. The staff is very unwelcoming, with no sense of urgency or basic hospitality. No greeting, no smile—just an attitude like helping customers is a bother. I understand employees have tasks to complete, but when a customer is standing at the counter ready to order, service should come first. This location seriously needs to improve its attentiveness and overall customer experience.

  Docked a star because of Chipolte's policy to nickel and dime for guac and queso. This location was clean and served us a good meal.

  I been coming to this location since then, the employees are EXTREMELY RUDE in this store, the service it’s always really bad, and I tell you I used to eat chipotle almost everyday. The bad service I get every time I come it’s just making me hate chipotle. The employees are always giving actitud, they don’t portion well, it’s just horrible over all. especially dealing with Melanie She was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.... .
