  Picked up a take out order that wasn't ready when I arrived which was fine, but after getting to the car, noticed they forgot the Sweet tea drink, went back in General Manager standing at the togo counter. Told her they forgot my sweet tea, she went and got it, it was not sweet or anything that actually tasted like Tea, just nasty. Also being hungry took a Bite of the French Fries that were cold and stale even after coming straight from their kitchen, dog food when I got home. FEATHERS all over the wings some not even plucked, Do yourself a big favor a stay clear of this place. Walmart in the frozen bag wings taste better and more worth the price. Real Sad I gave them a Tip before picking up.

  1 STAR DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE WINGS AND FRIES WERE SO BAD. Went out for St. Patrick's Day to have a green beer and some wings. We went to the local Buffalo Wild Wings and were greeted by a very nice young woman who seated us immediately. Our server Abe was very attentive and polite. He got our drinks right away and took our order. Then the food. WHAT A JOKE. I fully understand that the cost of eating out has gone up. As a consumer, I accept that when I choose to eat out. But when I go to a place that is built its business model around WINGS, I have an expectation that the establishment will do everything possible serve the best product. WRONG. My husband does not like confrontation and asked me nicely to not make a big deal of it, so I reluctantly agreed. We each ordered 10 wings, which were not cheap at all - due to the special buy one get half off the next order. I buy wings at the store all the time. They are normal sized. The wings we were served looked as though they were from a small bird. The wings were so overcooked and dry and the fries soggy. The "large" order of fries we asked for was simply a joke. Fries, really, how much can they be and as a former worker in a bar, salty food sells beers, so don't be so stingy. I hope that management takes this and makes changes, but will they, who knows. It was a huge disappointment and I truly regret not sending the food back, but as I stated, my husband hates a scene and then you worry about what you get back. IYKYK!
