  Went to this Jimmy John’s at 10:01 on a Sunday morning to pick up a lunch on my way to work. The JJ app, Google Maps, and Facebook all said open at 10 am. There was one woman working. I went to the drive through and no one answered. So, I pulled up to the window and waved, and she turned up the music super loud. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that she really just didn’t notice me, so I parked and went to the front door. Locked. I knocked and waved for a full minute before she came to open the door. She gave me major attitude and lied to me, saying they don’t open until 11 (I have since confirmed with another employee at this location that they open at 10). I believed her and gave up on my sandwich. I suggested she let someone at JJs know that their open hours are not right online, to spare someone else the disappointment. She again gave me attitude, saying “I don’t even know who runs the app, so I can’t do that.” 1 star service from this bitter, dishonest woman, Tracy. And I was late to work without any food for lunch. I LOVE Jimmy John’s sandwiches, but I can’t say I’m very excited to go back to this location.

  First time at Jimmy John's, will definitely go again. Good tasting and cheaper than Subway. Waiting for the new store in LeMars to open.

  Jimmy Johns......! Freaky slow! Every time.... They need to change their Logo! Or get more help.... Yea. Get more help..... Sad
