I hadn't gotten my food until 7:00 pm. My macchiato was mixed incorrectly, my food wasn't fresh. I normally go here since it's in the town I work in and it's SUPPOSED to be a fast food restaurant. I understand that it gets busy, especially on a Friday evening, but 30 minutes is way too long of a wait for a $10 meal. By the time I got back to work, I couldn't eat my food even if I wanted to because I had to clock back in. Don't waste your time going here, it isn't worth it. I won't be coming back.

While inside there was my order sitting there. Was offered my order after getting my money back. Couldn't take it. I had to get back.

While waiting for around 30 minutes for my order, I witnessed 4 people from the drive thru be pulled into spots to wait. No food left the restaurant for at least the first 20 minutes I was there. I could have went through the Culvers drive thru at least 4 times completely in the time it took my order ahead through the app to come to me. Which was of course lukewarm when it finally arrived. Just shut the place down. Don’t waste your time.

If it’s being advertised, it should actually be available—this feels like false advertising. Really disappointing experience, especially since I was looking forward to it.
