We love the food but we have had mistakes and overlooking with nearly every order we make. It's just a matter of not paying attention to the order, from little things like "cut in half" (I don't know why I even request that anymore because they almost never do it), to forgetting items. Tonight I went back because they forgot to put the cookie in my order...I physically got in my car, drove back to the store, and brought it to their attention and didnt receive so much as a "sorry." I've worked in retail for a lot of years and I'm just used to if a mistake is made, even little ones, you at the very least apologize and make up for it somehow. Long story short, I get a strong feeling that the employees just don't care, and they're not trained to care.
