  Girl that took my money at first window was awesome really nice no problem help me figure out how to pay a little bit in cash and someone card the guy at the pickup window needs work didn't say a word just through the window open hear me my stuff and forgot my sauces do they clearly stated on my receipt but I asked for don't understand how you can forget to add a sauce when the order has nuggets

  This McDonalds needs to have a retraining most of the food is sloppy and not put together well they are almost always heavy handed when salting the fires so much it burns my lips and they have to much banter between the employees and not at all professional as they curse and yell at each other there is not much to eat in Shenandoah so overlook most of this as it is a rotation I keep because of my grandkids oh and almost always as they just begin a special like the Xmas Prince meal the next day it becomes unavailable!!

  The latch on the stall door in the men’s restroom had been broken & repaired with a larch that allowed the door to hang open several inches. The electronic eye that flushes the toilet was missing, so you have to push the button to flush, and whoever was ahead of me didn’t bother to do that. There was no soap in the soap dispenser. Any one of these issues would not have made me write a review, but three of them, c’mon!

  Very dirty inside and the staff isn't professional at all. I come thru drive thru alot after what I seen inside the store which is filthy. So I went thru drive thru today and got charged for 2x Carmel drizzle for a frappe and it literally is the same normal amount they put. Then for my son's kids meal I asked for 3 sauces got charged for 3 and they forgot them I asked for the sauces they forgot and he told me I was going to have to pay for them I said I got nuggets I should get 1 free and I already got charged for 2 more sauces. So he gave me the ranch and honey mustard but said I still had to pay for sweet and sour even after showing my receipt. This place acts like the sauces come out of there checks like seriously.
