  I order from here on a regular basis and it’s always fresh and delicious. I’ve only had one instance where my sandwich was made incorrectly. By the time I was aware, I was already home. But I put a complaint in online and the manager got back to me the next day they were in the office and made it right. Excellent business.

  Excellent food, great customer service, and my order is always correct! Even on the busiest days or during lunch rushes, the staff is friendly and does their best at prepping orders quickly. I definitely will return again soon! My only complaint is I wish the drive- thru was designed differently or remodeled better for traffic flow!

  The lady who was giving us the food was so rude. All she said was " move forward" and when we said " thank you" she just shut the window not even a ur welcome or have a good night. Terrible.

  Horrible mushy sandwich’s. Way too expensive. My husband and I ordered the chicken bacon ranch sandwich in hopes it was as good as subway. It was a complete let down. I gaged every bite I took. The chicken and bacon were both fake meat products and the onions were extremely stout and strong the sauce was rotten tasting. The bread was bland. I choked down five bites and couldnt eat anymore. And for two sandwiches it was $24. The girl who rang our order up was so nice but the girl making out food stopped mid sandwich making and blew her nose and never washed her hands. Walking in the door it smelt amazing and had me hopeful it would taste as good as it smelt. Very dissatisfied and will never eat at another Jimmy John’s.

  Food was awesome service excellent
