  Came in used kiosk cause no one would come to the cash register. Set up for eat here had table sign. Waited 20 mins went and asked for my food and they only had my frezzie out of 3 frozen drinks 2 mc flurries 4 meals.... No apologies, food was cold, and no regard for others.

  I had the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life at this McDonald’s tonight. The manager was incredibly rude and went so far as to deny us food, which we paid for and was clearly listed on our receipts, and then essentially accused me of trying to get food out of them. I don’t know what he thought I was trying to do aside from get what we paid for, but I’ve never in my life experienced the kind of disrespect from someone as I received from the manager, when he was absolutely 100% without doubt in the wrong. I literally signed into my google account for the first time in years in order to leave this review that’s how badly I need for this to be known. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s again.

  Every time I come here it’s always a joke they can never give use the right food or they never put it all in the bag this place is a joke and waste of money

  Went through the drive through, when I got my food I asked if everything was in there she said yes. I got home and my 10 piece chicken nuggets weren't in there.. when I called the lady was rude (imagine that) and said it wasn't her problem that they weren't there in and that they were short staffed... actually it is your problem. Pretty sad I looked at the previews before posting and its all bad reviews Says a lot about this place lol
