  I just went to Jimmy John’s in Oskaloosa on the way to Brighton, so one of the last places to get food. I have a chronic illness and CANNOT eat meat so I always chose a Jimmy John’s to be safe. I got kg veggie sandwich and there was turkey in the wrapper ON TOP of the sandwich, which is what my partner said in the drive thru when we went back. To me, it seemed as though they picked turkey off because they accidentally messed up the sandwich, which happens. But, I am not going to risk eating meat, 5 hours from home, and get sick for multiple days. While they were remaking the sandwich the drive thru window was left open and I could hear the employees talking badly about me and repeatedly saying there was no turkey. I didn’t think remaking a sandwich with 5 ingredients would be a huge deal especially when it was due to an illness but here we are. I know working in food service is frustrating, but look at the bigger picture and remember a lot of people aren’t out here just to make your evening harder. Do better.

  The staff was amazing. My team and I came in after a tournament and the staff was so kind and so fast. We got out food shortly after ordering and everyone seemed so friendly. The store was very clean. Jimmy John’s never disappoints especially this specific one. 10/10

  I really like Jimmy John's over Subway. Subway bread has a certain flavor and Jimmy John's has another kind of flavor. Jimmy John's make their sandwiches really fresh and really fast and when they say it's freaky fast they mean it. The Oskaloosa JJ has a drive up and inside tables. Very friendly staff and clean. The sandwich is a little more expensive than Subway but superior ingredients. My favorite!
