  If I could give 0 i would. I went through the drive thru for my order. Paid almost 20$ for everything. Came home opened my order and 2 of my items were floating literally in tomato juice to the point where it leaked through the box. The next item was half way on the paper wrap. I called yo complain about my order and the male manger hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I tried to call back. I drove back up to the restaurant to take care of the issue with my order and the manager hid in the back and let his other manager deal with the mess he created. Im usually dont not write reviews like this but I am beyond mad over the fact that a big corporation like this would have employee like this manager working for them. Rude, unprofessional, and disgusting service. I have called corporate but we all know how that goes. We will see if they actually do something about this. Kindness is free you dont have to be a disgusting person.

  If I could do - stars I would. Lady at the cashregister horrible service. Wanted a new mac and cheese because there was chunks of somthing in it. Apparently, "thats just the cheese". Eaither way, why would I want burnt chunks? The people working there are very unclean, . They, were out of fries or dont carry them.even tho thats whats promoted in there deals. I get if they are out of somthing, but maybe say somthing when you order a meal, thats suposed to come with a side then they just choose a replacement side for you. Worst money I have spent on food. Kudos, to the guy that did just hand me another Mac n cheese but the result was the same , but this time just a bunch of hard burnt macaroni. If we were not hungry, we wouldnt of even ate what we ordered. Also, the food wasent even hot. ( I had hungry kids) so we nibbled what we could so it wasent a complete waste of money. Will, never eat at a KFC again. I dont think any of KFC stores are up to Par anymore. Corporate needs to evaluate all of them. My fault for not reading the reviews first before we got a bite to eat. Would of been better feeding the kids snacks at the gas station next door. When your coming from a long road trip, sometimes you just get what you can. Will, never do that again!

  The service was terrible, it took 45 minutes to get out food.

  They were either understaffed or inexperienced. Long wait for preordered food and they missed one item that I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes to go back and get.

  I tried to order off of KFC app but they aren't associated with that is what the guy told me. Then, not that is was bad, because it wasn't, it just doesn't taste like KFC Chicken. I'm really confused now by this actually. I thought they had a strict process and procedure for chicken to be sold as KFC.
