  Folks working the drive-thru were nice. Unfortunately though I spent just under 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting for the two cars ahead of me to get their orders. By the time I got my order my fries were cold and I was not told until I got to the second window that they were out of chocolate chip cookies and wanted to substitute a pie. Not the worst experience but also not the best.

  Drove 40 mins for McDonalds to receive terrible food. 10:30pm, only customers. Ordered online and picked up. Fry’s were old, cold, some over cooked and some soggy. The 2 cheeseburgers were just thrown together. My onion was on the outside, on the top of my bun instead of in the sandwich and cheese only half on the patty. Was not impressed.

  This is one of the worst McDonald’s locations I have ever been to. The floors in the back had old fries and wrappers smashed and kicked to the side, just out of the main walking path. The dining room also looked like it had not been wiped down in quite a while. This McDonald’s is attached to a gas station, which was noticeably much cleaner. Honestly, we should have eaten there instead. We ordered at the kiosk on a Sunday at 1:44 PM and did not receive our food until 2:08 PM. When it finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best, definitely not hot and fresh. The workers moved around like zombies and did not seem to care about their jobs or the work environment. The manager on duty did not appear to have control of the station or crew. Everyone kept their head down focused on a single task, and no one seemed to be multitasking. I do not expect five-star service from McDonald’s, but I do expect basic cleanliness and hot food. This location delivered neither, and the 20-minute wait was excessive.

  No orange juice a few minutes after 10 and "I'm not sure what happened but I can't do orange juice" = Mcdonald's needs another breakfast beverage because why do you expect people to come without serving a drink? Serving no fit drink is laughable. (Even if it is the machine) Re: their reply - Google maps is a place for customers to talk to customers, not the business. Info you choose to deal with should be dealt with on here, not some other platform.

  Called ahead as I live more than a few minutes outside town to check to see if the shake machine was working because the shamrock shake is back the women on the phone said it was working so I made a mobile order got there and surprise surprise the machine now doesn't work and had to have my order refunded by a manager manually lol
