  The food quality here at this location was horrible had to ask them two different times for fresh spicy chickens.they kept dropping the same old pieces of chicken and re-serving them to me three different times, tell the chicken was just falling apart trying to tell me it was fresh .

  Arrived at 12:01am open till 1am it says). Arches & lights were on, 4 other cars in line between the 2 lanes. Sat & sat, cars in front pulled through. What we didnt realize is that they left. Menu boards were still on. We finally gave up. As we drove past the drive up window, a guy was sweeping. As I'm posting this, hours say they are still open. Previously mentioned lights were now off as we left. Wonder how long the other 3 cars hung around as they were being ignored? Maybe they should have thought to turn the menu boards off first

  No one greeted us upon arrival. We struggled to order our own food from the kiosk. Then found a spot to sit, realizing every table in the place was nasty. I asked a worker for cleaning solution and a rag to clean the tables and he actually gave me cleaner and a rag that looked like it was used all day long to clean behind the actual ordering station. The drink station had pop and food all over in. The trashes were so full you could not throw anything away and the floor hadn't been swept all day. I watched a crew member take food out the north door, walk around the building smoking a cigarette in his food service gloves, and go back in the south door to the service area. When we finished up, I went and asked for the manager. The manager happened to be the guy that was smoking outside in his food prep gloves. His gloves, had holes in most of the fingers and his fingers were exposed. I told him about the place needing cleaned. He said Ill have someone clean it up, we are short staffed. Short staffed or just a complete ignorance to what proper cleanliness means in a restaurant? Completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and so many things.

  I have alot of reasons and alot of experiences for my 1 star review of this McDonald's. First off it very clearly says online that they open at 5:30am. I pull into the drive thru a few minutes after 5:30 and nothing. Waited in drive thru for about 10minutes...nothing. pulled around and lights were off in drive thru so obviously you AREN'T open at 5:30...and there no hours posted by the doors that I could see. So when do they open? Who knows! The other reason is because they mess up part of my order basically every single time I go there. I always ask for no ketchup or mustard on all my burgers. That's all I ask. But I get ketchup and mustard every single time. Even when the sandwich comes with a tag saying no ketchup no mustard....and yes...I always get and check the receipts. The last time it happened they must have realized they made a mistake and tried to hide it by scraping it off (unsuccessfully I might add) but it was VERY clear they tried to hide it rather than just making a new one. That's just flat out lazy and unacceptable. I could list a dozen other similar examples, but this review is long enough. I keep giving these guys chances thinking it won't happen again...but something ALWAYS does...with today's being they say they open at 5:30, but they clearly don't....like you can't even get that right? So yea, all that being said, no more chances. I'm done...and for whoever reads this, I STRONGLY recommend you go spend your hard earned cash at one of the several other options available in the area.
