  Not good tonight at all..mashed potatoes were soup..chicken wasn't done..lettuce for salad was floating in water..pizzas were nearly burnt..brought 5 people that's a lot of money for scrappy food

  We just visited the new Norwalk location for the first time, and Troy, the manager tonight, was exceptional. He was greeting guests, walking around to check in, and taking the time to explain the buffet to everyone, including our kids. He was also incredibly patient and kind with some of the elderly guests, which really stood out. He had his team running smoothly and created such a welcoming, organized environment. He was personable, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about each guest’s experience. It made a huge impression on us. We will absolutely be back, and it’s because of Troy.

  I recently visited this Pizza Ranch on a Friday evening and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The location is incredibly easy to navigate to, with plenty of parking and clear signage that makes it a breeze to find. The moment I walked in, I noticed how very clean and well-maintained the entire dining area and buffet were. The friendly staff greeted us immediately with big smiles, making us feel welcome and well-taken care of throughout our meal. Staff was top notch. As for the food—it was top-notch! Everything on the buffet was fresh and hot, from the signature crispy chicken to the wide variety of pizzas. It’s clear this team takes pride in keeping the stations stocked and high-quality. If you're looking for a great atmosphere for a quick eat or a team dinner and a delicious meal, this new spot is a must-visit!

  I had a frustrating experience with the drive-thru at Pizza Ranch. I pulled up for a pickup order and waited several minutes, but there doesn’t seem to be any alert system to notify staff that someone is there. After sitting with no response, I had to go inside to get my order. The food was fine, but the drive-thru setup clearly needs improvement. If you’re offering drive-thru pickup, there should be a reliable way for staff to know customers are waiting.

  Troy the manager, went above and beyond today for Iowa Elite Cheer. I came in, even though the party rooms were full he made sure to make room on the spot for all my guest to sit together marked them reserved (the gal at the front with glasses was amazing kind and patient too) and gave us all 6 tables right away. THAN he came and checked in on us in the middle, and at the end and told us all there deals specials and made sure we were all taken care of! I definitely recommend coming here they will accommodate anything.
